In-line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which you may cancel an order from the date you receive the order.
To cancel an order, you must contact us in writing by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, by contacting our Customer Services telephone line on 01277 231277 or by completing the "Returns" form a link is in the footer section of the website. You will need to return the Product(s) to us at your own cost.
WE DO NOT REFUND THE COST OF ORIGINAL POSTAGE AND SHIPPING CHARGES OCCURRED TO CUSTOMERS
Returns will only be accepted if the returns tag is attached and the garments are not showing signs of wear.
Garments with odours or marks including perfume, make up and deodorant will not be accepted as a return.
We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery, or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

If you wish to return Product(s) to us that are faulty we will:
Offer to send a replacement to you free of charge.
Refund you any reasonable charges you may have incurred returning the faulty products to us.
If you wish to return Product(s) to us that are not faulty we will:
Refund you the cost of the Product(s) within 30 calendar days.
Goods should be returned to us in the original packaging or similar. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
