Our very own Nicole O’Brien has launched a brand new mind health platform. 


1 in 4 people around the world suffer with mental health issues.


Which is why Lovd was born. Lovd is where people who are struggling with mental health issues can come and be helped and to get advice about how to overcome their struggles and to actually learn how to prevent their issues instead of just coping with them. 


Lovd offers three courses in anxiety, confidence and perfectionism. Each of these courses have been designed by a team of mental health experts.

Lovd Confidence Expert Sara, and a cognitive and developmental psychologist and a Ted Talk Speaker will guide you to become a more confident you. You will tackle those thoughts in your brain that tells you that you aren’t enough - because you are. Sara will teach you to conquer those thoughts and feelings holding you back, and teach you how you can grow to be confident. You are not born with it, remember this. Lovd Perfectionism

Lovd Perfectionism Expert Tom, and a social and personality psychologist and Ted Talk Speaker will guide you to do things out of your comfort zone.
